Shuayb Malik
Short-term rentals, UK property and creative work
About
I'm Shuayb, though most people know me as Sam. I run a short-term rental business, which I manage remotely, and I've bought, refurbished and sold residential property in the UK.
I studied Computer Animation and VFX, and my 3D work is on ArtStation. I grew up in Greater London, later lived in Manchester, and now work remotely while travelling.
